The Pelican Landing Beach Park

The Beach Park is just one of many amenities available to residents of The Colony. There is nothing like it in southwest Florida. It’s located on 34 acres at the northern end of Big Hickory Island. You travel by a shuttle boat across Estero Bay to Big Hickory Island. If you are one of the lucky ones you may see dolphins or manatees out in Estero Bay as you make the crossing.

At the beach, you will find a pavilion with seating and restrooms. Chaise lounges and beach umbrellas are available for your use. Feel free to choose any that are unoccupied and make sure to bring your towel with you. The beach is open to residents just about every day of the year.
