The Colony at Pelican Landing

A gated community located within the greater Pelican Landing community. Located just west of Highway 41 on the waters of Estero Bay.

As The Colony is located within Pelican Landing, Colony residents also have access to the exclusive Pelican Landing Beach Park on Big Hickory Island, the Pelican Landing Community Center and the Fitness Center, The Pelican Landing Tennis Center, Pickleball Courts, a Kayak facility, Sailing facility and bocce courts. Additionally, Colony residents have access to a Kayak Park on Estero Bay located within the gates of The Colony and access to The Bay Club a private, resident’s only dining facility on Estero Bay.

Also, within the gates of The Colony is an exclusive golf and country club that residents may join for an additional fee. The Colony Golf & Country Club has an 18-hole golf course designed by Jerry Pate and a clubhouse that features formal and casual dining, a golf shop, a spa and fitness center and tennis facilities.

Coconut Point shopping center is located just 1.5 miles from the entrance of The Colony and features a variety of shopping and dining options. The community is located just a short drive to the Fort Myers Airport (RSW) and is also close to two emergency rooms associated with Lee Memorial Hospital and Naples Community Hospital (NCH).
